AI Draft & Smart Replies
The AI can draft messages, suggest replies, and compose content based on conversation context.
Steps
- In any conversation thread, click the AI icon to generate a draft reply.
- Review and edit the suggestion before sending.
- In Comm Pro, use smart replies for quick contextual responses.
Good to know
- The AI considers the full conversation history and contact profile.
- You can provide tone instructions (e.g., "Be more formal" or "Keep it brief").
Example: A 6-message thread with a hesitant prospect — the rep is stuck. She clicks AI Draft and gets three reply options: "casual nudge", "value-stack reminder with case study link", "direct ask for a 15-min call". She picks the second, edits one line, sends. The prospect replies in 90 minutes with "ok let's talk Friday".
