Creating Courses
Build online courses with lessons, modules, and enrollment tracking.
Steps
- Go to Education from the sidebar (requires Education suite).
- Click "+ New Course" to start.
- Add modules and lessons with text, video, or file content.
- Set pricing (free or paid) and enrollment rules.
- Publish the course and share the enrollment link.
Good to know
- Track student progress with the enrollment dashboard.
- Certificates can be issued on course completion.
Example: A productivity coach turns her email-based 5-day challenge into a CRMown course: 5 modules with a short video each, a downloadable worksheet, and a quiz at the end of each day. She prices it at $97, embeds the enrollment link on her newsletter, and a completion certificate auto-issues on Day 5 — graduates flow into her "Course Alumni" segment for the upsell to coaching.
Troubleshooting
Students can't access courses
Students not enrolled, or the course is in draft status.
Fix: Education > Courses > verify status is "Published". Enroll the student manually or via an enrollment link.
