Steps

  1. Go to Brokerage (sidebar > Brokerage). Visible only to brokerage admins.
  2. Roster tab: see all agents, claim status, last activity, and per-agent metrics.
  3. Invite Codes tab: generate one-time or multi-use codes; share with new agents.
  4. Settings tab: configure brokerage name, logo, default permissions, and visibility defaults for new agents.
  5. Analytics tab: aggregate deal volume, GCI, and pipeline health across the brokerage.

Good to know

  • Brokerage features unlock when you activate the Real Estate vertical with an active brokerage subscription.
  • Each agent slot is billed separately; manage in Settings > Billing.
Example: A boutique real estate brokerage with 12 agents uses the Brokerage portal to onboard 3 new agents in one week — generates 3 single-use invite codes, shares them via text, and each agent self-claims a slot. The Analytics tab shows the team is 22% behind quarter on listings — the broker uses this to redirect marketing spend toward listing-side leads.
