Zapier Integration
Connect CRMown to 5,000+ apps via Zapier. Trigger workflows or push data in and out.
Steps
- Go to Settings > Integrations and find Zapier.
- Use your API key to connect in Zapier.
- Set up triggers (contact created, deal moved, etc.) and actions (create contact, deal, task, send SMS).
Good to know
- REST hooks provide real-time triggers — no polling delay.
- Zapier can push data into CRMown (e.g., create a contact from a Typeform submission).
Example: A coach uses Typeform for her free strategy-call intake. She pipes new responses through Zapier → CRMown.create_contact, mapping each form field to a custom field. Every form submission lands in CRM as a contact tagged "strategy-call" within 60 seconds, kicking off her booking automation. No copy-paste, no manual import.
