F10 — Lead Generation Dashboard

Cross-channel funnel + source attribution + AI recommendations. Aggregates over all 9 other Lead Gen features. No new schema — reads Contact.source attribution + per-feature counters from OutboundSequence, AiSdrConfig, ChatSession, LeadMagnet, ReferralProgram. AI recommendations are 3-5 specific, tactical actions you can take this week, generated by Haiku and cached 24h per org.

Steps

  1. Go to Tools > Lead Generation > Dashboard (or /dashboard/leadgen) — this is the landing page for the whole Lead Gen section.
  2. Pick period: 7 / 30 / 90 days (default 30).
  3. Stats row: New leads, Qualified, Meetings, Deals created/won, Revenue. Click any stat to drill into the source page.
  4. Source breakdown bar: visually shows what % of new leads came from each channel (prospecting / visitors / chatbot / forms / referrals / outbound / import / manual / other).
  5. Funnel: point-in-time count of contacts at each pipeline stage with drop-off % between stages.
  6. Daily trend chart: leads-per-day over the period (inline SVG, no chart library).
  7. Channel performance table: leads + qualified + conversion rate per channel — which channels are converting at the highest rate.
  8. Active Campaigns grid: live stats per channel (outbound sequences, drips, AI SDR, chatbot, magnets, referrals). Click any card to jump to that feature.
  9. AI Recommendations: 3-5 priority-ranked actions Haiku thinks you should take this week. Click Regenerate to force a fresh analysis (otherwise cached 24h).

Good to know

  • Source taxonomy is automatic — Contact.source values set by F2/F4/F5/F6/F9 + form/csv pipelines roll up into the dashboard channels. No extra tagging needed.
  • Outbound is treated as its own channel via active OutboundEnrollment in the period — a contact who came in via prospecting AND is actively being emailed shows under both Prospecting AND Outbound.
  • AI cache: in-process Map keyed by orgId, 24h TTL. Resets on deploy — that's intentional. First request after deploy regenerates for free.
  • AI recommendations use real numbers from your funnel ("Outbound has 12% reply rate but only 30 enrolled — scale up"). Vague advice is filtered out by the prompt.
  • Inline SVG charts (matches Lead Magnet stats, Intent Signals, Visitors house pattern) — no chart library to load.
Example: A founder-led startup checks /dashboard/leadgen every Monday. Period: 30d. Source bar shows 60% of new leads from referrals (F9 is crushing it), 22% from outbound (F3+F8), 12% from chatbot (F5), rest from forms. Channel table reveals chatbot has the HIGHEST qualification rate (45%) but lowest volume (8 leads). AI recs say: "Highest priority: scale chatbot — your conversion rate beats every other channel by 2×. Specifically, embed it on /pricing and /case-studies (currently only on the homepage)." Founder ships the change Tuesday morning, chatbot leads triple over the next 30 days.

Troubleshooting

AI recommendations are blank / "Not enough activity yet"
New org with very low traffic — Haiku doesn't have enough numbers to form opinions.
Fix: Run a few campaigns or wait for more activity. The cache regenerates 24h after the first non-empty result.
Channel attribution looks wrong (e.g. some leads show as "Other")
Some contacts have null or unmapped Contact.source values — usually old contacts created before F2/F4/F5/F6 existed.
Fix: Working as intended — Other = "we don't know where this came from". Bulk-update old contacts with the right source value if you want them attributed retroactively.
Funnel numbers don't match what I see on /dashboard/contacts
Funnel is point-in-time (current count by stage), while period stats are scoped to the selected window. They measure different things.
Fix: For period-scoped funnel comparison, use Analytics > Pipeline reports. The Lead Gen funnel is intentionally point-in-time so you can see where bottlenecks live RIGHT NOW.
