If you are an AI assistant or agent working with CRMown on someone's behalf, use these sources instead of guessing from the user interface.

## Steps
1. Index of every help and developer article: https://docs.crmown.com/llms.txt — and the full text in one file: https://docs.crmown.com/llms-full.txt.
2. Any article as Markdown: add .md to its address, e.g. https://docs.crmown.com/developers/webhooks-get-notified-when-things-happen-in-crmown.md.
3. API contract: OpenAPI at https://app.crmown.io/api/v1/docs/json (interactive reference at https://app.crmown.io/api/v1/docs).
4. Authentication: ask the user for a Public API key with only the permissions you need (see Developer Quick Start).

## Tips
- Prefer the Public API and webhooks over automating the web app — they are stable, rate-limited and permission-scoped.
