# LinkedIn Sales Navigator API (Partner Integration) — Coming Soon

_Integrations_

Direct, two-way sync with Sales Navigator: push CRMown contacts/accounts in as leads, pull Smart Links engagement and InMail replies back into the unified inbox. Requires LinkedIn Sales Solutions Partner Program approval; we are working through that process.

## Steps
1. This is a planned feature and is not yet available in CRMown.
2. Why it's not self-serve: the Sales Navigator API is partner-gated by LinkedIn. Scopes like r_sales_nav_analytics and the CRM Sync endpoints are granted only to approved partners after a formal review and signed agreement — typically a multi-week process.
3. Planned capabilities once live: (1) Push CRMown contacts/companies in as Sales Nav leads and accounts; (2) Pull Smart Link views, opens, and engagement into contact timelines; (3) Sync InMail replies into the CRMown unified inbox; (4) Log Sales Nav activity against CRM deals.
4. Planned setup flow: Settings > Integrations > LinkedIn Sales Navigator > Connect. OAuth into a Sales Navigator Advanced or Advanced Plus seat, pick which lists/accounts to sync, and choose sync direction per object type.
5. Until then, use the "LinkedIn Sales Navigator — Import Leads (CSV)" article above — it covers the same contact-import use case with today's tools.
6. Want to be notified when this ships? Use Support (bottom of Settings) to be added to the early-access list.

## Tips
- Requires a Sales Navigator Advanced or Advanced Plus seat. Core Sales Navigator does not include CRM Sync.
- LinkedIn's own "CRM Sync" feature inside Sales Navigator writes to Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics natively. CRMown joins that list through the Partner Program — there is no shortcut via the public Marketing API.
- Unofficial scrapers (Phantombuster, Evaboot, etc.) can extract Sales Nav data, but they violate LinkedIn's terms and can get your LinkedIn account restricted. CRMown will not support those pathways.

## Example
An enterprise sales team that lives in Sales Navigator wants two-way sync (push CRM accounts in, pull engagement back). They subscribe via the Support tab's waitlist; meanwhile they're using the CSV workflow as a stopgap and will switch to API-based sync the day partner approval lands.
