# CMA Generator — Branded PDF from Comps

Build a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) for any subject property: pull recent comps, adjust for differences, and export a branded PDF for the seller meeting.

## Steps
1. Go to Comps (sidebar > Properties > Comps, RE vertical).
2. Enter the subject property address; the system pulls recently-sold comparables in the area.
3. Adjust comps for differences (sqft, condition, view) — adjustments roll up to a suggested list price.
4. Click "Generate CMA PDF" — outputs a branded report (your logo + colors) with subject, comps, adjustments, suggested price band.

## Tips
- Comps source can be MLS feed (if connected) or manual entry.
- PDF brand colors come from Settings > Customize > Brand Colors.

## Example
A potential seller asks for a "what could I list at?" estimate. Alex enters the address — CRMown pulls 6 recent comps within a half-mile, he adjusts each (subject is in better condition, has a finished basement, lacks a garage). The branded CMA PDF — with his logo, headshot, and the suggested $835–865K band — is in the seller's inbox before the sales meeting starts.

## Troubleshooting
- **CMA report generation fails** — Insufficient comparable property data, or the property address isn't recognized. Fix: Make sure the property address is complete and valid. CMA generation requires at least 3 comparable properties in the area.
