Properties — Listings & MLS-Style Records
Manage your property database: active listings, off-market deals, and acquisitions. Each property has photos, MLS-style fields (beds/baths/sqft/lot), comps, showing history, and offer log.
Steps
- Go to Properties (sidebar > Properties, RE vertical).
- Click "+ New Property" — enter address, MLS#, beds/baths/sqft, list price, status (active / pending / sold / off-market).
- Upload photos and documents. The Offers panel and Open Houses panel appear inline on the property page.
- Use the Property Intel page for AI-driven valuation and comp analysis.
Good to know
- Properties auto-link to their seller (Listing Agent) and any active offers.
- Use the Comps page to pull recent comparables and run a CMA (see Comparable Market Analysis article).
Example: Listing agent Alex takes a new listing at 412 Maple St. He creates the Property record (4bd/3ba/2,400 sqft, $850K), uploads 24 MLS photos and the seller's disclosure PDFs. Property Intel runs comp analysis and suggests a tighter price band of $835–865K. He shares the property page link with his seller — they can see showing activity + offers in real time.
Troubleshooting
Property listings not loading
MLS/IDX integration not configured, or the data feed hasn't synced yet.
Fix: Real estate property data requires IDX Broker setup (agent brings their own account). Configure in Settings > Integrations > Real Estate.
