Account Settings
Manage your personal profile, organization name + logo, brand colors, and timezone.
Steps
- Go to Settings from the sidebar.
- In the Account tab: update your name, email, profile photo, timezone, and the Organization section (org name + logo).
- In the Organization section: scroll to "AI Bar Primary Language" (admin only) — sets the org-wide default for the AI Bar, post-meeting summaries, Comm Pro AI helpers, and the default target for on-demand message translation.
- Below the Organization section: "Your Timezone (personal override)" and "Your Language (personal override)" let each user override the org defaults for themselves.
- For brand colors, switch to the Customize tab.
Good to know
- Org name + logo live under Settings > Account > Organization. Brand colors live under Settings > Customize.
- Org-wide AI language: Settings > Account > Organization > "AI Bar Primary Language". Pick from 10 languages — English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog. Admin-only. CRMown AI still understands all 10 regardless; this just biases voice recognition + action phrasings toward your default for accuracy.
- Personal language override: Settings > Account > "Your Language (personal override)" sits directly under your timezone override. Pick from the 10 languages or "Use org default" to inherit. Drives Comm Pro AI catch-up / compose / smart replies and is the default target for the message Translate (🌐) button.
- See "Languages & Translation" for the full multilingual reference.
Example: A new agency rebrands. The owner uploads the new logo + brand colors in 5 minutes — instantly the dashboard chrome, outbound campaign emails, Client Hub portal, generated proposal/CMA PDFs, and the website chat widget all reflect the new look.
Troubleshooting
Can't change organization name
Only ADMIN and OWNER roles can edit organization settings. MEMBER role has read-only access.
Fix: Ask your organization admin to make the change, or request a role upgrade.
Logo upload not saving
Image too large (max 5 MB), wrong format, or storage configuration issue.
Fix: Resize the image under 5 MB and try PNG. If it still fails, try a different browser.
