Configure consent tracking, data export, and GDPR/compliance settings.
Steps
- Go to Settings > Privacy.
- Enable consent tracking to record opt-ins.
- Configure data retention policies.
- Export your data for compliance requests.
Example: A UK-based agency turns on GDPR mode, sets default email-consent to opt-in-required, and configures a 24-month data retention policy. When a former lead emails them in October asking "delete my data" — they search the contact, click "Process Erasure Request", and an export-then-anonymize job runs that's GDPR-compliant in 4 clicks.
