Lead score calibration report
Reports > Score calibration checks whether your lead scores predict anything. It groups contacts by the score they had 90 days ago (0-20, 21-40, 41-60, 61-80, 81-100) and shows what share of each group moved forward since: to a demo, a trial or paying. A one-line verdict says how much more often your top band converts than your bottom band, or that the bands are not separating. The same tables are shown for Intent and Fit when the workspace uses Fit + Intent scoring.
Steps
- Go to Reports and click "Score calibration" (Owners and Admins, or everyone in an open workspace).
- Read the verdict line at the top.
- Switch between Lead score, Intent and Fit to see which part predicts best.
- If bands are not separating, follow "Tune lead scoring" to Settings > Lead scoring.
Good to know
- The report needs scores from 90 days ago, recorded nightly, so it appears 90 days after score history starts. Until then it shows how many days are left.
- It needs at least 50 contacts from that point. Fewer give rates that look precise but mean little.
- Contacts who were already paying 90 days ago are left out, because they always score 100.
Troubleshooting
"Collecting data" with a countdown
Score history is recorded nightly and the report compares against scores from 90 days ago.
Fix: Nothing to do. Come back when the countdown ends.
"This report covers the whole organization"
In workspaces where people only see their own records, only Owners and Admins can see organization-wide reports.
Fix: Ask an Owner or Admin.
